Changing orders: Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once a shipping number has been generated. Any changes must be requested on the same day of order processing.
Incorrect address: Once an order is processed, we are unable to update the shipping address. Please ensure accurate address information at the time of purchase to avoid delivery issues. Sunsetology is not liable for refunding or reshipping lost orders caused by an incorrect address provided during checkout
Processing: Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to the address provided during checkout, providing you with a tracking number. This number enables you to monitor the status and location of your package throughout its delivery.
Afterpay: order will be dispatched only after the payment has been successfully processed and cleared.
Regional: shipping to regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
International shipping: Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently available, but rest assured, we are actively working on expanding our shipping services to include international destinations.
Lost & stolen package: Our primary recommendation for lost or stolen packages is to contact the delivery service directly for immediate assistance. If you encounter difficulties, please reach out to us, and while we'll do our best to assist you. Once packages have left our premises, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or theft.
